Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are complimentary, time-limited conversations intended to:

- Determine whether our clinic and services may be an appropriate fit
Discovery calls:
- Do not include medical diagnosis or treatment
- Do not replace in-clinic consultations
- Do not establish a physician-patient relationship
Eligibility for further services is determined at TrichoMed’s discretion.
Consultations and Services
In-clinic consultations may include trichology assessments, medical evaluations, diagnostic testing, care planning, and other hair-related products or services.
- Consultation fees apply to non-OHIP insured services.
- OHIP-covered services are billed in accordance with provincial guidelines when applicable.
- Payment for non-insured services is required prior to or at the time of service.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds
- Fees for consultations and services are disclosed prior to booking.
- All fees are subject to change without notice.
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.
Specific refund or rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

While TrichoMed provides evidence-based care and personalized treatment plans, individual results vary. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding outcomes, hair growth, or treatment success.
